Review of Falkensteiner Spa Resort Marianske Lazne

I truly enjoyed this relaxing and upgraded hotel; it did not disappoint. Everything was very good, and the breakfast was varied and perfect. I booked a room with a balcony, which added to the experience. the location is exceptionally nice, right in the center of the beautiful spa town. the great food at the terrace restaurant was definitely the highlight of my stay.

Fairly clean upgraded hotel, exceptionally kind staff and magnificent location to Thai beaches. Elegant spotless rooms with lovely views over the valley, and a laptop-compatible safe, a minibar, and central heating

Excellent place for a relaxing weekend! Full board is a nice option. Hotel lounge is very comfortable. Good variety of spa treatments. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Great location for walking all around Marienbad. Rooms are large and comfortable with excellent bathrooms. Love having a bathrobe and spa basket included in the room rate.

No complaints. Room carpet is starting to look worn and will need replacing soon.

The peaceful and wonderful location of this place is conveniently close to the city center, the singing fountain, and charming restaurants.

The location was good in that sense that the neighbourhood was quiet and the view from the room towards the mountains was nice. The dinner as well as the use of saunas and pool area were included in the price. The room was ok. The lack of a floor map was a huge minus point. There were several buildings in the hotel, and also half floors, which was very con fusing - especially when different elevators the floor markings varied. We got lost many times and did not know how to find the dining room, for example. No information what kind of treatments are available, at what price and how to book. These two key pieces of information should be available in the hotel room. The hotel was mainly for German guests - in German language. We had nothing to complain about while we were in this hotel. All was perfect: the room ( clean and quiet),the medical treatment, pools, food in the restaurant, lobby-bar and a library, nice staff. Definitly will recommend it for relaxing.

The location of this hotel is simply amazing—it's so peaceful and nestled in a beautiful valley. the suite with the balcony was definitely the highlight of my stay. 🌄.

Internet situation, but it was fixed. We had a nice tv, but some of our friends stayed in rooms with old tv sets

Some guests have reported confusion surrounding the pool towel system.

We spent five nights at this place and really enjoyed our stay. the breakfast was great and just what we needed. the location was fantastic, being close to the railway station made it super convenient for getting around. 🚆.

I was pleasantly surprised by the warm and welcoming atmosphere at this spa hotel. The room I stayed in was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The highlight of my stay was the delicious buffet and served dinner, with a great variety of dishes to choose from. The spa facilities were superb, especially the pools and sauna area which were not crowded at all. The location of the hotel was also ideal, being calm and close to the city center. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and rejuvenating stay.

Clean rooms, comfy bed, pool view, delicious meals, variety of fruits and veggies, free snacks.
